Evolving a Global Brand
The Le Cordon Bleu Prospectus
Bringing the prestige of Le Cordon Bleu to life, I led the creation of two flagship brochures—The Culinary Arts Prospectus and The Management Prospectus—designed to inspire future chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality leaders. These in-depth course guides did more than outline career pathways; they told the story of Le Cordon Bleu’s long-standing tradition of excellence. Featuring Australia’s major cities as premier study destinations, the brochures catered to both domestic and international students, requiring extensive stakeholder coordination across multiple internal departments. From layout and typography to commissioned photography and prepress, I meticulously designed each element, ensuring a visually stunning and informative experience. Printed on sustainable materials locally and across three other countries, the total production exceeded 25,000 copies, solidifying these brochures as the master documents for all advertising and marketing over the next two years. A true blend of tradition and innovation, these prospectuses became essential tools in attracting the next generation of culinary and business professionals to Le Cordon Bleu’s world-renowned programs.School Engagement Brochure
What began as a simple A4 letter to school career counsellors evolved into a cutting-edge, six-page Augmented Reality brochure that speaks directly to students with curiosity—and ambition—for a future in hospitality. Designed to engage and inspire, the brochure highlights key calendar events including Chef Demos, Open Days, and Residential Programs, each paired with a QR code linking to immersive video content that captures the excitement and real-life stories of past participants. Printed annually in runs of 1,000, this innovative brochure is distributed to high schools with hospitality and cookery programs, transforming passive promotion into an interactive invitation to step into the culinary world.HenCo Group:
