21 years of Le Cordon Bleu Sydney

An elegant Multimedia event at the Art Gallery of NSW to celebrate 21 years of Le Cordon Bleu Sydney

A sophisticated sensory experience unfolded at the Art Gallery of NSW, where 200 guests—including alumni, media, staff, and industry leaders—were immersed in a celebration of Sydney’s legacy since the institute’s opening in 1996.
From the outset, guests were drawn into a curated multimedia journey. Upon arrival, they were welcomed by Le Cordon Bleu staff and students, then guided through a visually rich foyer where striking in-house artworks highlighted alumni achievements. The atmosphere was further elevated by a dynamic array of high-tech digital displays showcasing video and imagery of Sydney alumni and lecturers, transforming the space into a living gallery of innovation and excellence.
In the main function area, the sensory experience deepened. A talented illustrator captured the unfolding event live on a massive canvas, adding an evolving visual narrative to the evening. Ambient lighting and elegant styling set the tone, while guests enjoyed a carefully crafted menu of oysters, sashimi, and duck pancakes. All the while, the smooth jazz stylings of Freesia added a rich sonic layer, completing a celebration where sight, sound, and flavour came together in perfect harmony.
